1. Service-Based Nature
Yunlimited provides digital, customized, and service-based solutions, including but not limited to:

Due to the nature of our services, once work has commenced, refunds are limited.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request cancellation by emailing support@yunlimited.com.
- Cancellation requests must include project details and payment reference.
- If cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges.
b) Cancellation After Work Has Started
- If work has already started, no refund will be provided for the completed or ongoing portion of the service.
- Any work already delivered will be charged accordingly.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are considered only in cases where Yunlimited is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by client-side issues (content delay, approval delay, non-responsiveness)
- Third-party service failures (hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, etc.)
4. Partial Refunds
- In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Project stage at the time of cancellation
- Resources already allocated
The refund amount, if any, will be determined solely by Yunlimited.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- For international payments, processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
- Payment gateway fees, international transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank charges are non-refundable.
- Any such fees will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
7. No Cash Refunds
- Yunlimited does not provide cash refunds.
- All refunds, if approved, will be processed electronically via the original payment method.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
- We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.
9. Policy Changes
Yunlimited reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
